Utilizing the Five Behaviors model and accompanying course material, participants will gain experience and confidence customizing training modules for a workshop and interpreting the profiles. Your facilitation technique can influence whether a team sees an uncomfortable moment through or misses out on the opportunity to grow. Navigating challenging and unexpected conversations during Five Behaviors sessions hone your instincts for when to stick to the agenda or when to improvise, when to let a debate play out or when to cut it short.
Accreditation participants must own a Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team Facilitation Kit (sold separately).
