EPIC Admin Account Setup
EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) is the online system used by Wiley brands to enable a do-it-yourself platform for Administrators.
What is EPIC?
Administrators use EPIC to initiate and track assessments, send access emails, and run reports. You will choose how participants will experience the application suite.
What happens after purchase?
Our Partner Services team will set up your EPIC account; this can take up to 24 hours to complete. Once setup is complete, you will receive a notification email with:
• EPIC account login instructions
• A link to the EPIC Admin page of our website
How to I purchase EPIC credits?
You will need to select the number of credits that you will need and add those to the cart. You can purchase individual credits or bundles for volume pricing. Go back the store and filter for EPIC Credits to view available options.
Save your login information for https://www.fergusonlearning.com. You will return to the store to purchase additional credits and the FLC Partner Services team will add those credits to your EPIC account.
I already have an Admin Account; how do I add more credits to my account?
EPIC credits may only be purchased for existing EPIC Administrators who are partnered with Ferguson Learning Company. If FLC set up your Admin Account, simply visit the store and select the number of EPIC credits you would like to purchase.
We are unable to view or make transfers to Admin Accounts that were not created by us. You will need to contact your current Authorized Partner to purchase additional credits.
